Material Vetting
Every square inch of hide is inspected under 1000-lux lighting. We reject anything with inconsistent grain, insect bites, or uneven dyeing.
In-Process Checks
Our line supervisors perform hourly random sampling. If a defect rate exceeds 1%, the entire line stops until the root cause is fixed.
Pre-Shipment Audit
Final aesthetic review and functional stress testing. Packed cartons are audited based on AQL 2.5 standards before sealing.
Lab Testing
Physical tests for bonding strength, flex resistance, and color fastness. We coordinate with SGS/Intertek for REACH and Prop 65 chemical compliance upon request
Packaging Check
Verification of barcodes, labeling accuracy, and moisture control. We ensure every carton is reinforced to withstand international transit without damage
